Susan Gong gained a BA in Chinese Language and Literature from Zhejiang University of Technology in 2017. After graduating, she went to the UK for further education and received an MA in Digital Assets and Media Management from King’s College in London.
The overseas study experience highlighted the differences between the Chinese education system and the western education system. Since graduating, Susan has been a tutor for primary school students and has also taught foreign students.
In her spare time, Susan loves travelling and has visited more than 15 countries. She believes that travelling can expand one’s horizons as well as enabling one to become more independent, inclusive and inspired.
Susan hopes to encourage pupils to be well-rounded and she hopes to help build bridges among pupils, families and teachers. She is quite excited to be a teaching assistant in Huili School Hangzhou, an international school with advanced educational ideas.
